Happy Ironing is operated by EVOLYNK LTD, a limited company based in Frimley, Camberley, United Kingdom. We provide professional ironing services, including home collection and delivery, primarily in the Surrey Heath area.
We specialise in ironing only. Details about pricing, service options, and service areas can be found on our Pricing page.
We offer free collection and delivery within our local service area.
Collections outside our designated catchment area may incur an additional fee, clearly stated at booking.
Delivery is available throughout the day, and times are subject to availability.
Payment is due upon delivery of your completed items.
We accept cash, card payments, and BACS (bank transfer).

All charges are based on the exact measured weight of items. Totals are calculated to the nearest penny.
Customers may cancel or reschedule a collection at no charge if done at least 4 hours in advance.
Missed collections without notice may result in a fee.
We handle all items with care. However, Happy Ironing and EVOLYNK LTD are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage or poor material condition.
Colour bleed, shrinkage, or damage due to manufacturer defects or missing care labels.
If you’re not happy with the quality of our work, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess and re-iron the items free of charge, where appropriate.
Items should be clean, safe to handle, and suitable for ironing.
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward staff may result in termination of service.
We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unhygienic environments.
