Can you collect or deliver from a neighbour or safe place?

You can leave your ironing with a neighbour or in a safe place, and we will collect or deliver it from there.

What if I'm not available for my ironing collection or delivery?

We will always agree on a collection and delivery slot with you so you can know when we will call to collect or deliver your order. If you are not in when we call, we will leave a note for you, and you should contact us to arrange another collection or delivery slot. A charge of £5.00 will be added to your bill to cover additional mileage.

Do I have to supply hangers and garment covers?

Many of our customers prefer to use their own hangers, but if you are not able to provide hangers, we will supply them free of charge.

How do you calculate charges by weight?

We charge based on the exact weight of your order. The cost is calculated by multiplying the total kilograms by our price per kilogram, and the final amount is rounded to the nearest penny.

Example: If your order weighs 4.33 kg and our rate is £7.50 per kg, the total will be £32.48.This way, you only ever pay for the actual weight of your items — no hidden rounding up.
